The Lucky Tekkie Inc. was founded by Sokly Sa (Lee), who is the President of the company, on July 7th, 2020 as a full-service Digital Marketing agency aimed at helping businesses to become more marketable in the marketplace. We work remotely and from within The Atrium in St. Thomas.
We were previously located at LL27-378 Talbot St. in St. Thomas, Ontario, right in the heart of the downtown core at The Talbot Junction. We are a Federally incorporated corporation.
Prior to Federal incorporation, The Lucky Tekkie was owned and operated as a Sole Proprietorship with Lee as the Sole Proprietor. The business was previously registered on July 31st, 2019 and was based out of The Atrium at 28 Princess Ave. in St Thomas, Ontario (where our current mailing address and occasional workspace is). Prior to operating out of the Atrium, the business operated strictly as a home-based business.
In October 2021, The Lucky Tekkie Inc. established our Board of Directors to help the business focus on our mission, and reach our goals and objectives. Sambath Sem joined The Lucky Tekkie Inc. that same month as the Director of the company.
